At Sales Capability Forensics, our mission is to ensure that our clients possess the highest level of sales capability to effectively deliver their products or services to the market. We understand that the brand experience crafted by marketing teams often doesn’t fully reach the consumer or customer as intended. Through our forensic analysis, we identify and resolve the obstacles that prevent your shoppers from experiencing your brand as designed at the point of purchase. By employing an unbiased and observational approach, we offer a fresh, independent perspective that challenges the status quo and drives actionable insights.

Our Team:

Our team comprises seasoned experts in commercial capability, each bringing a wealth of experience in both capability building and operational roles. This dual expertise ensures that we not only identify gaps but also understand the practicalities of implementing solutions. We maintain a lean permanent staff, complemented by a network of specialized associates, enabling us to tailor our skill set to your specific needs—whether it’s trade marketing or executive coaching. Our core services are anchored by our founder, Daniel Savill, who brings over 25 years of FMCG experience, with a particular focus on Digital Transformation, Capability Building, and Commercial Operations.

Company History:

Sales Capability Forensics was established in July 2024 as the consultancy arm of Savill Transformations Ltd. Our formation stemmed from the growing need for a dedicated service that provides a forensic analysis of field sales execution. Building on the comprehensive audits designed by Daniel Savill throughout his career, Sales Capability Forensics was created to offer a more focused and effective approach to improving sales capability in the FMCG sector

Careers:

Due to the specialized and bespoke nature of our work, Sales Capability Forensics is not currently offering permanent roles or traditional career paths. However, we continually seek to collaborate with experts in the field as associates. This model allows us to remain agile and responsive to our clients’ needs while offering associates the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive real change in the industry

Daniel helped design and implement a new Target Operating Model during our company integration and rebrand. He provided the structure, job descriptions and alignment we needed to ensure we had the capacity and capability in the organization to deliver budget and the brand aspiration of the business.

Daniel also instilled confidence in the sales organization through his leadership that allowed the business to move forwards and achieve double digit growth in year 1.
